Refreshing Exeter

Refreshing Exeter was a slogan and ongoing campaign to bring about awareness of a development programme that was to refresh the layout and amenities of the city centre. The slogan needed to be ambiguous so that after works were completed it simply read as Exeter being a refreshing place as the place to be.
